Aww Ben, I’m so sorry to hear. What a beautiful, thoughtful, and humorous minisode. My cat recently died and it can be so hard. Sending love to the whole WtW family.

Thanks so much. The wife and I send love right back to you and yours. Every cat is special,The though of course I am biased in saying Nori was The Best Cat. In any case the hurt doesn't go away overnight. Godspeed.

She lived a decent life but deserved a longer one. I hope this episode didn't come off as overly self indulgent. In many was it was just a part of my mourning process. But she has been with the podcast since the Kickstarter campaign that let me buy my mic. Though it is me talking this show has always been a group effort and Nori was definitely part of the team from even before day 1. Thanks for indulging me.

Sorry to hear about your cat. Pets can be good companions, especially for writers. I loved this ode to your cat. It is a fitting way to say goodbye. And thanks for your fine work on all the other episodes too. Though I had hoped you would be further along by now, getting 'into the weeds' is interesting too.

Thanks, I needed to do it, for sure. She was a great writer's cat.

As fir the other episodes, thanks as well! We will be moving on soon. Just a few loose ends left.

Awww, Ben, losing a pet is awful. Take the time to mourn and heal and we'll be waiting for you when you're ready to record without Nori.

I'm not sure if this is appropriate for a cat, but if is, then may her memory be for a blessing.

Thanks. Working on the episodes has helped, really. The next one is going to be gigantic.

As far as Jewish law goes, it probably isn't exactly the right thing to say but I'm not sure what is and anyway I appreciate the sentiment. Not much of a stickler for legal specifics, personally. Thanks again.

I want to thank you for this episode. I remember being moved by it when I first heard it. My cat of 14 years passed recently and re-listening to this episode is helping me to grieve.

We've lost two cats in the last year, both elderly and our very good girls. I've listened to this episode a few times as it resonates well, and especially like the music at the end. May we meet again.

Christopher and TD,

Hey, thanks you guys. It really has been great how much this little episode has resonated. I'm sorry for both your losses, and I am so glad this could help in a small way. For the record, the song is Bronte by Gotye, there is a nice music video for it out there. Anyway, as we say in the tribe, their memory will be a blessing. Glad I could help.
